This list can be used as a guide, but it is realised that customers are individual, so packages can be mixed up to give a wedding package suitable to your needs. Remember, the images you receive and the way they are presented from your wedding, maybe one of the few things you will keep as a physical memory of your wonderful day so it is fully recommended that you have an informal get together with Paul, so you can see why choosing Paul Brown Photography is the right choice for your high quality wedding needs. WEDDING PACKAGES


BOOKING FEE - £100

When you decide to book Paul Brown Photography for your wedding, this fee locks down that date and is non-refundable. It is taken off the total price of your wedding package. If you wish to pay a higher fee at the time of booking to help with your wedding budgeting, then this can be accommodated.

BRONZE PACKAGE
Price £400
This is the basic package for those on a very tight wedding budget. However, this package can be upgraded or options added to it after booking. But here is what is included.
  • Pre-wedding meeting to discuss format of the day and shots
  • One Photographer in attendance.
  • Arrival of Groom and Groomsmen at Ceremony venue.
  • The ceremony (Where photography allowed)
  • Formal Group Shots. These will be agreed at pre-wedding meeting.
  • Limited Bride and Groom shots (Couple and Individual).
  • Secure online gallery. Here you and friends and family can view and purchase images from the day.
  • 40 Images on CD in Presentation case with licence to reprint and reproduce images as you require for friends and family.
SILVER PACKAGE
Price £800
This is a slightly more comprehensive wedding photography package aimed at a small to medium sized wedding. Again this can be tailored either before or after booking.
  • Pre-wedding meeting to discuss format of the day and shots
  • One Photographer in attendance.
  • Arrival of Groom and Groomsmen at Ceremony venue.
  • The ceremony (Where photography allowed)
  • Formal Group Shots. These will be agreed at pre-wedding meeting.
  • Formal Bride and Groom Shots (Discussed at Pre-wedding meeting).
  • Secure online gallery. Here you and friends and family can view and purchase images from the day.
  • Upgraded editing of images to include more artistic creativity of final output. This will be discussed at the time of booking.
  • Small 20 page (40 sides) Wedding album with prints.
  • CD of album images in beautiful Presentation case with licence to reprint for friends and family.
GOLD PACKAGE
Price £1200
This is a wonderful package to suit those wanting full coverage of the day with a beautiful album to bring back the memories. Fully customizable, this package is very good value for money and is the most popular base package. Suitable for larger weddings, however it is also suitable for smaller weddings where the couple want full coverage and lots of beautiful images of the day.

  • Pre-Wedding visit to wedding location
  • One Photographer in attendance.
  • Images at Bridal Prep stage, capturing those fun and memorable moments getting ready. Timings will be discussed at time of booking.
  • Arrival of Groom and Groomsmen at Ceremony venue.
  • The ceremony (Where photography allowed)
  • Formal Group Shots. These will be agreed at pre-wedding meeting.
  • Formal Bride and Groom Shots (Discussed at Pre-wedding meeting).
  • Wedding Breakfast speeches shots. (We do not shoot during the meal).
  • Coverage of First Dance at evening reception.
  • Secure online gallery. Here you and friends and family can view and purchase images from the day.
  • Upgraded editing of images to include more artistic creativity of final output. This will be discussed at the time of booking.
  • Large 12x12in Storybook style album of 50 sides. This album can hold up to 150 images and will be digitally designed by the photographer with the images you choose.
  • Electronic Preview of album.

ALBUMS & UPGRADING ALBUMS Price on asking.
  • There are many album styles and options on the market. Paul Brown Photography can discuss with you the style you are after and give you a quote for the wedding album you desire.
DVD & PC SLIDESHOW Price £100
  • This HD slideshow is high impact and gives the 'wow' factor to showing off your wedding. It will contain approximately 50 images from your wedding and is set to royalty free music and comes in a beautiful presentation case. Put on a large screen TV and prepare to feel the emotion come out. Low resolution copy can also be supplied for Facebook and other Social Media sites.
BEAUTIFUL PARENTS ALBUMS Price £220 for two
  • A Parents role in a wedding can never be under estimated. They have been building you towards this special day for the whole of your life. These albums are a perfect gift to show your appreciation. Containing 20, 7x5inch images in mounts they are fantastic quality and something that will become a truly treasured possession.
BRIDAL PREP COVERAGE Price £100
  • Fun, emotion and nerves are captured at the Bridal Prep stage. A Brides day starts well before the ceremony and having a photographer capture all this emotion and preparation can be a great enhancement to any wedding album.
WEDDING BREAKFAST - SPEECHES -FIRST DANCE COVERAGE Price £150
  • Detail shots of the room, shots of speeches being delivered, cake cutting shots and First Dance images are all part of this package. Perfect for enhancing the wedding memories.
ALL IMAGES ON DVD Price £350
  • This will be supplied on DVD and in a beautiful presentation case. It comes with the licence to copy, reprint, send to friends and family, create your albums or place on social media sites such as Facebook (Subject to Accreditation).
CANVAS AND FRAMED PRINTS contact for price
  • Paul Brown Photography can supply you with very high quality canvas's, framed prints and acrylics to name but a few. Please ask me about the options there are.
ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER contact for price
  • An additional Photographer can be requested. The additional photographer would take reportage shots and details that would not normally get covered by a single photographer. This may include spending more time with the Groom during prep time.
